| Stay away from this crooked and incompetent semi-ISP. I had a basic dialup account with them for a long time. I paid in advance every month with an anonymous, pre-paid debit card, (I smelled a rat and refused to give them a real credit card number or a routing number to a bank account. Turned out this was a very wise decision.) I didn't order any other services from them. Yet every month they sent me a notice that demanded payment on my supposedly overdue account, and often I would get bills from them for services I didn't order, telling me they were going to append the charges to my telephone bill! I had my attorney send them a letter informing them that if they appenedd any charges to my phone bill that she would grind them up into little pieces and feed them to the dogs. She would, too! :-) Attorneys don't drive Quattroportes unless they are very good at what they do. So that didn't happen, but not everyone has a shark on a leash... As near as I can tell that whole mickey mouse outfit has two or three employees at any given time, the asshole who owns it and whichever new, underpaid workers haven't quit yet. They offer a bunch of silly, over-priced "special services" and are really just an Internet verion of those 'quicky-lube' chains that are always trying to con and pressure their customers into buying some unnecesary service that doesn't do anything. Because they can't make the money they want with their advertised services and prices. This semi-ISP doesn't even run its own mailservers. And they start out with fairly quick dialup speeds and then pinch them back gradually over time and send you offers for "Enhanced Dialup". Etc. Avoid them like the plague and spread the word. Any evidence to substantiate this accusation or are you talking out of your ass as usual tom? > Etc. Avoid them like the plague and spread the word. I'd suggest everyone avoid listening to your nonsense. |

Thinks that posting childish shit I don't even read is going to harm me. What a fucking LOSER! Post goes unread and name is added to my killfile. You are out of your league, numbnuts. And too stupid to realize that even if I read your shit it wouldn't make any difference. I'm here, little bitch troll. I post what I want and I don't read your shit. And you can't do anything about it. It's looking like it will take years for this simple fact to register in your feeble mind, but that hardly matters to me. Tom |

Another Windows-clone interface (KDE) addict who doesn't have the balls to engage me in an honest debate, and can't bully me into silence, and so is reduced to sniping at me like a bitchy little girl who can't get her own way. Here's a clue for you, Dave: This sort of cowardly, backstabbing attack isn't going to work for you any more than it works for the trolls. Trust me here. Tom -- calhobbit at gee mail dot com |

Just because you pay ahead on a month to month basis, you can't always cancel by simply not paying anymore (like you might do, with, say a magazine subscription). If you have an actual month to month contract with them, you may have to give notice (often written notice given in advance). Until the service is actually canceled, they can continue to bill you and even legally send bill collectors after your debt. If you followed the cancellation policy, and this is happening, then report them to the better business bureau. > from them for services I didn't order, telling me they were > going to append the charges to my telephone bill! There would be no excuse for them to do that, of course. - Kurt |

Yet you have quoted what I said in one of your posts. And if you have never read the post, how did you deduce I was trolling? LOL. Pack your bags and leave Alan, you're not fooling anyone :-) We all know you cant help but read all the posts. Alex. |
