There are certainly good times for the website owners. The UTM is the Google Analytics Traffic Monitor - proprietary Google Analytics Tracking Code (urchin.js), which is installed on a web page for the purpose of collecting Customer Data, whereby unique visitors can be accurately tracked using a combination of server and client-side technology including cookies. It also dogs down anyone with low cap b-band or other marginal bandwidth. I suggest NoScript. Kills all that crap and speeds page loading. There's one for Mozzy (SM), too. nb |

The best solution to protect your (and your users) privacy is an addition to your name servers. zone "google-analytics.com" { type master; file "empty"; notify no; }; empty: $TTL 86400 @ IN SOA your.dns.server. blackhole ( 99999 10800 10800 604800 86400 ) @ IN NS your.dns.server. I have a rather large list, including those spam infested domains, like doubelick, adbrite, and about a dozen or so more of them, and its a vast improvement, not only on the loading of, but teh visual display of- many popular sites -- Cheers Res I read usenet and lists in pine. But m$ outlook, thunderbird and gmail often use html span/whatever for quotes, makes it hard to tell who said what, so I dont try. If I ignore you, thats why! Use a compliant mailer. |
