| I however, can cite a source which seems not quite to agree with your opinion. It seems to me to be a rather definitive source. The first paragraph of the Preface to "Slackware Linux Essentials", (page 12), otherwise known as *'The* *Book'*, says... "The Slackware Linux operating system is a powerful platform for Intel-based computers. It is designed to be stable, secure, and functional as *both* a high-end server *and* powerful workstation."
