No, its an alt. newsgroup.

You need to exercise self control in what you read, wasn't the subject a

It might be a spam sourced from a virus as similar promotion for the
named website was used in comp.lang.javascript. It had a different
(technology, not porn related) subject line and the headers told me it
originated from Western Canada where as the original of this post seems
to have come from a dialup connection in the US.
