| Just wondering if any other slackware folks have a problem when doing # rpm -Uvh any.rpm or # rpm -i any.rpm and abort with "segmentation fault." I am using Slackware9 and recently when I installed a new Nautilus and using --nodeps many times, # rpm -Uvh or # rpm -i always aborts with "segmentation fault;" on the otherhand # rpm -ve any.rpm or # rpm --rebuild any.rpm works fine. Not a big deal for me, because I have been fotunate to find the tar.gz or bz2 tarballs, or use the Slackware packages which I like better than rpm anyway. I am just curious for now. Regards, Honorato Echavez |
