samba 3.0 from slackware-current

After installing (using swaret) samba 3.0 from slackware-current swat
stops working - error is:
"500 Server Error
chdir failed - the server is not configured correctly"

Any ideas how to fix it ?

By reading the changelog...... there is allready apdate
