Default setup.sh

I am installing a modem driver and the instructions tell me to simply run
the setup.sh script

Ok, so I extract the tar.gz file then at the prompt do I simply enter
"setup.sh" to run the script ?

Change to the directory where the setup.sh is and type:

../setup.sh
