Default Tell browser (lynx, links) to open website every 5 minutes with a simple loop

Hello,

ich want to tell a commandline browser to open up
with command:

"lynx -anonymous -homepage:
'http://mypage.com.co.uk.de' -accept_all_cookies"

but now i want to build a loop with that, to hold lynx window opened for
about 10 seconds and then exit, and loop that one every 5 minutes, with
deleting the cookies.

please help me
if you know part building informations, send them, that would be very kind
of you.

Thanks
