Default after emerge sync or fixpackages

Hello,

Recently, after performing emerge sync or fixpackages, at the end
of the operation I started to be receiving the following messages:

#v+
!!! app-admin/gentoolkit-0.1.27 -> app-portage/gentoolkit-0.1.27
!!! Cannot update binary: Destination exists.
!!! app-admin/gentoolkit-0.1.28 -> app-portage/gentoolkit-0.1.28
!!! Cannot update binary: Destination exists.
!!! app-admin/gentoolkit-0.1.30 -> app-portage/gentoolkit-0.1.30
.....!!! Cannot update binary: Destination exists.
!!! sys-apps/epm-0.8.4 -> app-portage/epm-0.8.4
#v-

Can anyone tell me why this happens and how to fix this?

I am always emerging software and with -b parameter so actually I have
some binary packages.

cheers.
