| Ok, so after a few hours of playing around, I finally got the X1000 Linux version of Gentoo installed on my machine. I am booting it from an external USB drive and all seemed to be going well. When I boot, I get to the first graphic screen, and then this message: "big fat warning" "failed to translate the device name into a device id" The line directly above the message is: Bluetooth: BNEP filters: protocol multicast if that's important ? Then I'm told to either press SPACE to reboot, or C to risk continuing. I've tried both of these and all I can get it to do is reboot and come back to the same problem. Any ideas? |
