it is possible to build bins with emerge -B <ebuild>. is it possible to
build a binary of allready merged ebuilds?

Yes it is. The command is 'quickpkg /var/db/pkg/CATEGORY/EBUILD'.

Actually, with the new quickpkg you can just do:
quickpkg <packagename>

I believe you can "quickpkg <ebuild>" to get a binary. First, of course,
you have to emerge quickpkg.
