| I'm trying to bring up the wireless card in a Compaq Evo n800c and I think I have it all working except for a firmware download error. I built the orinoco drivers from the CVS tree, added WLAN & USB support to the kernel (2.6.5) and I can modprobe orinoco_usb and then lsmod to see it loaded. However when I hit Fn+F2 to turn it on and then look at: tail /var/log/messages I see an error: usb 2-3: new full speed USB device using address 3 orinoco_usb: No firmware to download orinoco_usb: probe of 2-3:1.0 failed with error -14 Anyone have any ideas? |
