Strange story.
When I try to watch home-recorded dvd videos with gnome as session it
becomes broken.
I checked with winxp and gentoo with fluxbox. All went right.
When I log in gnome, it reports,that disk is empty.
Then all other environments (including console) reports the same - disk
is broken.

I suppose there is something wrong about gnome-volume-manager.
Maybe nautilus-cd-burner or both?
Related to gnome-vfs (there is not dvd drive in fstab)?
Of course pressed dvds are write-resistant.
I can not check the components
and relations - I have no more recorded dvds .

System:
Gentoo 2006,1 (current) ~amd64
