| Hi, I just installed the new 2.6.3r1 kernel. But I have a problem with connecting my adsl modem (alcatel speedtouch usb). I followed http://home.planet.nl/~andje000/usb_modem_gentoo.html The problem isn't accepting the modem, but the connection by pppd. The weird thing is that kernel 2.6 located is on the same hdd, so the settings are the same as on my working 2.4 kernel. I don't know how I can solve this... Greetz Matata |
