| When my KDE 3.5.5 desktop starts up, Gkrellm2 flickers for a minute or so - then stabilizes, and looks as it should. CPU usage, flickers between 5-15% on each thread of a P4 2,8ghz. I noticed in my Ksysguard, loads of Gkrellm2 instances - 45-50 of them - and I killed the lot. Then renamed the ~/.gkrellm2 folder, and started Gkrellm2 from CLI. I get this error; gkrellm2:16158): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "qtengine", (gkrellm2:16158): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "qtengine", What is that about?. This issue came up a week ago, when I replaced the GPU cooler with a Zalman cupper thingy, and as a result lost the GPU temp monitor. So this is totally unrelated to the weird behaviour I get from Gkrellm2. Thanks. /Stig -- * Registered Linux user #291266, with http://counter.li.org.* |
