| I have a digital camera which is a USB mass storage device. I emerged hotplug and I am hoping it will do the work of automounting my camera as /etc/camera somehow, but it is not clear from the man page what I am supposed to do. I added hotplug to default runlevel and started it. I can see my camera /proc/bus/usb/devices. I think I have the needed modules loaded. Is there some doc that explains how to make hotplug do it's thing? Is it required that I be using initrd? |

First you may want to check the docs at the Linux documentation project at http://www.tldp.org/docs.html There is one on USB cameras at http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/doc...mera-HOWTO.pdf Rob |
