Default How to enable Preemptible for PowerPC!

Those of you with a PowerPC based computer, you may have noticed that
Preemptible don't work, but there have now been a "work around" to make it to
work and gain some preformance. Enabling SMP will fix the bug in preemptible
and this works on single CPU systems too.

When configuring your kernel, go to "Platform options"

enable:
Symmetric multi-processing support
Preemptible Kernel

Now compile your kernel and reboot and you have a preemptible kernel.
