Default HP 1510 printer follow up

Well folks, for the benefit of those to come after us I post this follow up
on the HP 1510 PSC printer problem I had while switching from an existing
32bit system to 64: the USB printer was recongized and "ready" to print but
all prints were aborted until now. The difference? I set up the system anew
for 64bit-only except for IA kernel-level support. Yepper - the printer is
fully functional again !!

By the sounds of it you had the exact problems as I am having however I am
running a AMD Duron but the symptoms are the same in detail. Could you
please explain to me what it is you did so maybe I can get this working on
here?

I don't understand what IA kernel-level support is.

Thanks,

Lute
