| I would like to install KDE and Gnome on the same PC and switch between the two as I see fit. I assume the main thing to do in Gentoo Linux is to make sure to modify the USE statement -- i.e. USE = "+kde +gnome ..... " Are there any other tricks? Rob |

I think that kde, qt, arts, gnome and gtk are already there, so you don't have to put them in /etc/make.conf anymore. Just check that there is no -kde, -qt etc. in /etc/make.conf. |
