Hi,
I saw that the latest kde release is 3.1.3, has been out for a month now.
But the latest Gentoo kde package is 3.1.2. Is there anybody who knows why
not the latest package is available for Gentoo?

Package is still being debugged as some of the dependencies are quirky.

IMPO: Taint worth the build time to do a minor version upgrade unless you're
having problems with 3.1.2.. If your system is stable, wait until 3.2 is
released next year, which should be a worthwhile update.
