[LIRC] how to dispatch button events?

hi gentooers,

the question is simple: if i bind

begin
prog = irexec
button = Power
config = shutdown
end
begin
prog = mplayer
button = Power
config = QUIT
end

and i press Power button both mplayer and irexec should execute the command
described above... but is there any simple way to dispatch last button
event only to a program actually focused inside GUI?

it would be also the problem if i bind together play command to several
mmedia applications: if i press Play button they both should start playing

i've tried to search on google but with no success
