Do you know of any good > example link of howto get started with this? mrtg is one of my best experiences in network management. you should try it; start with www.mrtg.org (trivial) and howtos related on it - you can find links inside documentation section. i used mrtg for controlling traffic, load and virus/worm interceptions inside a big (class A) network with hundreds of routers. -- remove mailto__ on reply |

Misunderstanding get data from a router/firewall to a MRTG on a DMZ-based server - it seems that snmpd should do the work. anyway - thanx for trying to help |
