See the forum: this can be solved with FEATURES=-strict in
/etc/make.conf. If you want to continue while it gets fiixed, this hack
worked for me.

From forum (frekvent):
1) Run: cd /usr/portage/sys-fs/udev && md5sum files/udev.permissions
2) Ensure that the checksum is: f558b841afc8ac6381903fc371331507
3) If so (and _only_ if so), then you can correct the problem with: ebuild
udev-0<the version you're installing>.ebuild digest

It works too.

I've done a "emerge --digest udev" to fix that, which recomputes the digest.
Still, someone file a bug on this.
