I guess then I don't understand why the original poster wanted a script to
do the same thing.

Some things have changed a little bit... replace "nv" with "nvidia" as
driver-name. And the kernel-module now also has the name "nvidia", so
change this as well (if you haven't done this already).

eeehhhmmm but I wanna use the xfree-driver not the kernel modules, as I did
in the past since the kernel-nvidia didn't wrk for my sparkle tnt-2...

BTW: outa your mail address some may get the idea that blast is a referrence
to another hobby of you (kites???) since blast is a bigger version of the
Revolution and Supersonic?!?!
