Whats the difference to spamassasin? Anyway, i made some excellent experiences using Mozillas Junk Mail Control. After switching to thunderbird i'm not that satisfied anymore. I'd recommend the one from mozilla. Also, after switching to thunderbird i've problems to start mozilla when thunderbird is running, no problems other way round... HTH, Jan |

You should have the option of opting out of their spam filtering. Otherwise you could legitimately complain that some legit mail is being mismarked as spam and it's interfearing with your ability to use their email and you now want a discount. |

Agreed ... and commercial customers can. Thanks to this thread, I have now set KMail so it doesn't download email >50k (user option), which solves the virus attacment problem with one of my accounts. KMail shows the subject line, etc and one can delete the messages on the server rather than download them. |
