 screen: No more PTYs I've been emerging a bunch of things the last week to bring my system up to date, and at some point screen quit working. It won't start and gives the error No more PTYs. I also note that all my ptys got changed last Sunday, probably when I was emerging stuff. They all look like this: ...... lr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 7 Oct 24 10:31 /dev/ptys7 -> pty/m55 lr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 7 Oct 24 10:31 /dev/ptys8 -> pty/m56 lr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 7 Oct 24 10:31 /dev/ptys9 -> pty/m57 ...... Appreciate any ideas.      |
