| For the last few days, I have been unable to emerge the latest avidemux. At first I assumed it was a package issue and would be resolved shortly, but I find that more and more packages are getting this exact same error. My attempted fixes: re-emerge gcc, glibc, libtool run fix_libtool_files.sh My gcc version is 3.4.2 and gcc -v shows: gcc version 3.4.2 (Gentoo Linux 3.4.2-r2, ssp-3.4.1-1, pie-8.7.6.5) Where is it getting the 3.4.2.2? That extra .2 just doesn't belong. Any guess would be great. Thx Ken a52 -lfaac -lfaad -lmad -lasound -lxvidcore -lxvidcore libtool: link: cannot find the library `/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.2.2/libstdc++.la' make[3]: *** [avidemux2] Error 1 |
