ok, this one was driving me nuts, transcode 0.6.14 builds ok, just
refused to let me read DVDs, or do anything with DV kept on complaining
about no support being available

checking my make.conf file, its got dvd in the flags

on pulling the ebuild file apart, I found its referencing a USE flag called

dvdread

which is interesting as its not listed in the doco as a valid option

the question is, is this a fsckup in the ebuild file or is the doco just
out of date?

if its the doco thats out of date, what, if any, other flags are missing?
