| Hi I have a matrox G550 running on two screens using Xinerama, this runs okay when I am loged in to kde or enligthenment, but my grafical logon manager (gdm), dows not seam to understand that I have xinerama running. It places the login field in bewteen the two screens, xdm and entrance also does the same thing if i canges my setings in rc.conf. Can I somehow force gdm to display all its login information in only one screen ? or can I make xdm/gdm xinerama aware ? Regards. Lars Roland |

If not, add it and re-emerge gdm. I recently did an emerge and noticed it wasn't using G77 the fortran compiler for GCC even though I originally had f77 in the USE flag. Don't know how it got out of there but putting it back worked. B. |
