My assumption, based on experience, is that you are not logged in with the correct credentials for the database, you have the Grid control improperly installed, and/or you need training. | Here is one of the basic problem: ADDM is broken(maybe just for my platform AMD64,RHEL) Running the ADDM analysis on the specified pair of snapshots ... begin * ERROR at line 1: ORA-13711: Some snapshots in the range [1945, 1946] are missing key statistics.
