Hi,

We have the ER diagram for our database by ERwin Software. There is a
need to have this diagram converted to pdf or ppt or jpeg etc so that
it can be given as an image/file to all team members. Can you help me
figure out how it can be done?

It can definitely generate HTML, if that helps. I don't have it
installed anymore, so I can't specifically point to how to do it.

Get a PDF printer driver (Acrobat, CutePDF, PDF995 etc) and simply print out
the diagram.

Please take a print screen of the diagram and then save it has .bmp
and then open the web page in the browser and then open that in the
full view
by pressing it in the bottom right then take the print screen of that.
And then you
can have the multiple copies and share the knowledge.

Or

Just make the print then there are many printers available which can
convert the scanned material into PDF's

Or

Just copy it to the yahoo section of photos there you can enlarge the
image with the
magnifier provided by yahoo.
