Default cpu_count

Hi,

Is CPU_COUNT set at installation time or at every reboot ?
i.e. if I add a cpu, I need to change CPU_TIME by hand ?

You do NOT need to manually change or set any parameter
in the initSID.ora file when the CPU count changes.
