| Hi, I'm trying to install Oracle 9i on Mandrake 10.1 and i have an error at the very beginning of the installation process : [oracle@localhost Oracle]$ Initializing Java Virtual Machine from /home/oracle/tmp/OraInstall2005-04-23_10-49-58PM/jre/bin/java. Please wait... /home/oracle/tmp/OraInstall2005-04-23_10-49-58PM/jre/bin/i386/native_threads/java: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I have no java environment variables there can cause problem at the oracle jre. | Thanks. I downloaded a other version of the previous unknown library and link that one. Now, when the install appears, all the buttom buttons don't work, included the "next" button ... | It works !!! It's incredible that numlock have an effect on that problem !! Do you know why ? It's a known problem of linux or of oracle ?
