How to setup Backup Failure notifications in Oracle Enterprise Manager

I've asked this questions before, but got no answer, so apologies for
a repost.

Does anyone use OEM 'jobs' for doing RMAN backups?
If the backup fails, how do you get notified?
I was not able to find any kind of documentation on this subject.

Digging through MGMT_JOB tables is not fun.
