Default metric values in OEM 10.2.0.3

10.2.0.2 EE, aix 5.2 64bit, oem 10.2.0.3

I've noticed several metrics that get reported in OEM with values over
100% One in particular is CPU I/O Wait. From the documentation
( http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B...t.htm#BHAFDJEF
)this is the avg number of jobs waiting on I/O. How could this value
be > 100%? I found bug # 6215943, related to tablespace usage
percentages after migrating to locally managed tablespaces ( which
I've run into also ) but I haven't found a bug related to cpu i/o
wait. Anyone have this same issue?
