However, I's really prefer Oracle release it after the in stall is stable, rather than just release it for a specific date. Is your preference to have it available on a specific date even if it doesn't work right? -- Hans Forbrich Canada-wide Oracle training and consulting mailto: Fuzzy.GreyBeard_at_gmail.com *** Top posting replies guarantees I won't respond. *** |

So when I heard that there is some delay (maybe rumour but from Oracle representive) i just want to get some info. Lukasz Stec |

Either way they lose and you haev a scapegoat. -- Hans Forbrich Canada-wide Oracle training and consulting mailto: Fuzzy.GreyBeard_at_gmail.com *** Top posting replies guarantees I won't respond. *** |

Quoting Oracle on the forum: " We are now (officially) looking at the end of Jan, 2006. We are taking a number of additional security changes to make sure widespread usage of XE does not introduce any new vulnerabilities. We have also got great feedback from this forum, with many of the changes suggested to date also included in the production version.
