Default RMAN FULL BACKUP LIST
Is there a way to tell when the last successful full database backup
occurred. I list backups but I don't see any easy way to figure this
out. Thanks in advance for your help.

It can be done by querying v$backup and v$backup_set. Don't have the
SQL at home though.
