| I am usin Toad 7.5, connecting to an Oracle10g database. When I go under Database->Schema Browser, it does not show any tables, indexes etc. Outside of Toad when I connect using sqlplus with same username, I can see all the tables. I serache don google, did not find anything. Does TOAD require any special privleges, if yes, what are those. |

I use TOAD all the time and I have never needed to give it any privs. Your sure you have declared a filter on the schema browser table list that is stopping it showing them all? |

Toad 7.5 is pretty old ... it may have issues seeing things correctly in a 10 database. I am using 8.6 here at work against 10.1 and 10.2 no problems. There is a Toad Yahoo support message board you may want to check out. |
