Default Applying a patch

Dear Friends

Currently in my environment DB2 v8.1.7 is running on windows 2000
Operating system. Now i need apply patch to upgrade database to DB2
v8.1.10

So where i can download fixpak 10 and how to install it. Do i need any
downtime of database or restart of database to apply patch.

So please provide some useful guidelines, appreciate your help

Under 'Support'-> 'Fixes per version' and 'Training and Certification' both
question could be resolved without much trouble.

Don't forget to read the readme.txt before installing the Fixpak.
