Hi,
About to install a fixpak, when re-binding, do I bind the CLI/ubind
package only to the local datbases or do I also do the remote ones as
well.

If you have installed the fixpack on machine "A" and machine "A" has a database on it, you want to rebind against that database. If this machine also is a client to other database servers, then you want to rebind against those database servers also.
