How i can change database language in a database already exsist?

Do you mean the codepage?

no - if this is a requirement, you're better off to have created the
database in Unicode (although I suspect the database is already
created). I'm also assuming the database is on linux/unix/windows - DB2
on zOS may have more flexible support in this area. It does on VM/VSE,
and AS/400 I think.
