 DB2 restores with Veritas NetBackup? Does anyone out there use Veritas NBU to back-up DB2 databases? If yes, have you ever attempted to create a backup of a database on <hostname1> and use it to replace or create a database on <hostname2>? Stated another way, are DB2 backups made with NBU specific to the machine/server, or are they portable across systems? Also, any success or horror stories (or best practices and lessons learned) on using NBU w/DB2? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.      |
