Default FP backout

If I apply a fix pack and then want to go back to a lower level fix
pack -- what do I do? I tried installing lower level fix pack again,
but it failed.

Platform/db2 version: any

Backing out fixpaks is not supported on Windows or Linux. Assuming you
have not used any new function in the latest fixpak, you should
uninstall the product and reinstall it. For other platforms, there is a
writeup here:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...help/index.jsp

Search on "uninstalling fixpaks" or "removing db2 fixpaks"
