we have load failing due to lockwaits and i do not see any messages
related to that in diaglog.
i thought they are recorded there but apparently they are not.

i do not know if health monitor would catch that but then again, health
monitor has its own issues ( it start locking itself and cause issues
). i do not know if newer fixpak have eliminated that problem in HMON

i have written script script to take snapshot of applications and then
grep any lockwaits.

i am curious if there is something easier or builtin in udb ( i do not
know about event monitor because they have significant overhead ) which
can be used to catch lockwaits and do some action at the same time
