Previous Versions of UDB

I just downloaded the personal edition of UDB for Windows, so I would
be able to dabble at home. (Doesn't everyone enjoy writing creative
SQL in their spare time?) Upon trying to install, I discovered that
verion 8 will not run under Windows 98 (my "dabble" machine). Is it
still possible to get previous (single-user/free) versions of DB2/UDB
that will run under 98? Couldn't find any links on existing site.
