You can't use PE for this - It is Personal Edition meaning standalone
and has no capabilities to accept inbound connections.

You'll need Workgroup Edition which has support for connected users.
The licensing is based on number of connected users for your purpose.

Why are you doing this on 7.2 as 8.1 Fix#2 is already out and working
very well? You'll get better support and be current. Also, I don't
know if you can still purchase 7.2.
