No, but it's possible.

You're the one who in introduced the gcc thing....

Request was to put Sp's on a CD for shipping to client.
You either tell the customer to compile them (ship source) or
you burn them compiled on the delivery media.

AIX was mentionned as the target platform for the app-suite + procs
but i could easily imagine they have customers using other platforms.

AIX doesn't have IBM C-SET by default?
