regd data migration from DB2 v7.2 to SQL server 2000

hi people,
i need to transfer some data from a DB2 database to SQL
server 2000 db in win2k OS. kindly guide, so that if the data from db2
db is to be exported in any specific format so that it can be imported
to SQL server 2000 db. For your information both the databases have a
similar structure.
