Title: SQL/.NET Developer
Location: Seattle, WA

Job Description:

Design high volume transactional databases, assure web databases
continue to meet our high performance, scalability, and reliability
standards in conjunction with Operations DBAs, assure consistency in
coding standards and practices, and actively mentor. Design and
implement large scale databases, develop triggers and stored
procedures.

Responsibilities:

· SQL Coding; script development; database implementation.
· Create logical and/or physical database models.
· Translate business requirements into database requirements/design.
· Development team leadership (execute project work plan).
· Troubleshooting, query optimization, performance tuning, problem
solving.

Qualifications:

· Database design and estimation, logic development, MS SQL Server
2000 coding & implementation, troubleshooting; team leadership,
mentorship, development documentation.
· Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or
Software Engineering. M.S. preferred.
· 9+ years overall experience with 6+ years experience writing SQL
code for MS SQL Server (4+ years hands-on with MS SQL Server 2000).
· + years of experience designing and building Web based
architectures, XML, db design and architecture.
· 5+ years experience creating logical and physical database models
for large applications.
· Demonstrated knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, C++
· Familiar with Linked & Clustered SQL Servers.
· Familiar with database structure and code optimization techniques
for different types of applications.
· Familiar with ER Studio or Erwin.
