EMC Replication Manager long recovery time

Are anybody using EMC Replication Manager on SQL Server 2000?

I use this SAN based replication solution to make replicas of
production databases, and then attach these database replicas to
another server (serverB) for backup by NetBackup.

All is fine except when 1 day, the attachment of one of databases (a
small one) is taking a long time (>1.5 hours) to recover after the
attach process and is holding the whole backup operation. Usually it
takes less than 1 minute to attach and recover that database on
serverB.

I wonder if anyone has the same kind of experience.
